Who are we?

Hello, my name is Lisl Lamb RN, BSN.  I am a Registered Nurse in the state of California, with more than 12 years of experience working as a pre and post-surgical nurse. I have had additional education and training in the fields of functional medicine for nurses and nurse coaching. Nurses spend years getting educated and developing expertise in our fields. We are the perfect fit to assist clients in lifestyle change, wellness improvements, and health education.
